Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

1 pkg egg noodles
1 pkg frozen peas
2 cans of tuna, drained
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 to 1.5ish cups shredded cheese (colby jack, mild cheddar work well)
1/4 or so cup milk (add more if the casserole looks too… ‘bound up’ – meaning it doesn’t have sort a “lightly sauced” consistency)
1/4 (?) tsp garlic powder (add more to taste)
1/4 (?) tsp black pepper (add more to taste)
1 tsp dried cilantro leaves

Directions

1. Cook the egg noodles. During the last two minutes of cooking, add package of frozen peas. Drain all and return to pot.
2. Add all of the other ingredients. Mix and adjust milk, cheese, and spices to achieveĀ desired texture and flavor. Enjoy!
