Ingredients
½ package (~18 shells) Barilla brand jumbo pasta shells
1 jar your favorite red pasta sauce (I used Tomato Basil)
1 egg
1 15 oz tub ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella (divided)
¾ cup grated parmesan cheese (divided)
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (1½ tsp if dry)
Optional items for stuffing
frozen spinach, defrosted, cooked, drained, [...]

cold and flu bustin’ chicken and dumplings

Good old-fashioned comfort food that sticks to your ribs. This is a nice recipe to make for a friend who’s feeling under the weather! Be sure to check out the short cut at the bottom if you don’t have a lot of time to make this.

chicken adobo – filipina style

Ay! Filipnos!
This is the national dish of the Philippines. Beware, if you make the recipe below you may be mistaken for a tropical islander!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup vinegar
5-10 cloves of garlic, depending on how much you like garlic, quartered
1 1-2 bay leaves
5 peppercorns
3 lb of chicken – whatever cut/style you prefer

cheesy artichoke dip

1 can large artichoke hearts, drained, squeezed, chopped
2 cups mayo
1 cup parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
sprinkle w/paprika w/color
mix, bake for 25-35 min on 325 uncovered.
enjoy w/crackers or chips – or your favorite crispy flatbread!
